Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Pasta 1cup or as much you needed


  • Vermicelli (Rice noodles) 1/2 cup


  • Salt 1tbsp


  • Olive oil 1tsp


  • Pizza toppings each 1/2 tsp


  • 3 eggs beaten


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1 to 2 tbsp garlic butter


  • Maida 2 tbsp


  • Spring onions 1/2 cup


  • Pepper 1/2 Tsp crushed

Directions

  • Boil the pasta in water with adding little olive oil and after 5 min add vermicelli allow both to cook for 7 to 10min
  • Drain them and keep aside.Them add oil in a pan and add all toppings them add garlic butter ,maida and milk with few crushed pepper and saute well
  • Once you seen the thick consistency add pasta into the white sauce amd mix well then ads the beaten eggs then add salt as you required and if u want add some milk amd mix well.
  • Lastly decorate with spring onions or cilantro and serve hot.. Tasty pasta ready..😀
